This tour is combination of our South coast tour and ATV quad bike ride on the black volcanic sand beach. Early start in Reykjavík where we pick you up from your accommodation and head along the South coast to meet up with the quads.

The quad tour begins at the ARCANUM base where we go over the tour plan and safety instructions. From the base we cross some small rivers as we head down to the black lava sand fields which derives from the dormant volcano Katla
Down by the black beach we enjoy the amazing view up to the Mýrdalsjökull glacier and along the coast to the southernmost part of Iceland, the small peninsula Dyrhólaey. We then head along the coast and on the way we stop by the famous aircraft wreck that has been resting there since the year 1973.
From there we drive to the river Jökulsá and up to the foot of the mountain. Upon our return we follow the mountain back to the base.
On this tour you can get in touch with the raw black lava sand landscape by the south coast. Unforgettable experience of conflicting landscapes where the nature envelops the traveler in its warm embrace.
Back at base the bus pick you up and on the way to Reykjavík we stop by  magnificent waterfalls Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss

A valid driver's licence is required for driving the ATV

Additional 10.000 ISK is charge for a single ride, when booked are odd numbers (1, 3, 5, 7 ...)
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU DO THIS TOUR YOU WILL DO SOUTH COAST, ONE GLACIER ACTIVITY AND TWO WATERFALLS
